Free 5-minute path-fit assessment

Four doors in. Find the one that fits in five minutes.

Four short questions about what you want to do, the capital you have, the time you can put in, and where you are in your coliving journey. At the end, the door that fits, and an honest read if none of them is the right next move yet.

A two-page summary of the recommendation in your inbox right after.

02The four doors, in one read

There are four doors into CCLP. Each one is built for a specific situation.

D1

The Coliving Field Guide.

The knowledge base on its own. For the curious, the early-stage, the operator who wants the method on the shelf before stepping into a partnership.

D2

The CCLP PM Partner Program.

For operators who want to run coliving professionally and want the network feeding them properties.

D3

Done-With-You.

For operators who have capital, have a deal in motion, and want me hands-on as their partner on that specific deal.

D4

The Property Owner partnership.

For owners who have a coliving-viable property and need a competent operator running it.

The assessment surfaces which one fits your specific situation. Picking the wrong door wastes capital and time. Picking the right door means stepping into the work that's already built around what you came here to do.

03Four questions

The four questions that decide which door fits.

Question 04 Journey stage

Where are you in your coliving journey?

04What the result looks like

Five possible recommendations, one per situation.

Below is what the result page renders after Q4. Each visitor sees one: the one their answers route to. Personalization comes from naming your specific Q1–Q4 answers in the reasoning paragraph.

If your answers route to D4

Your door: the Property Owner partnership.

Based on what you told me, you have a coliving-viable property already and you're looking for somebody competent to run it. The Property Owner partnership is the right door. We do the matchmaking, you bring the property, the matched operator runs the work, and we share in what the property produces from there. You pay nothing for the matchmaking.

If your answers route to D3

Your door: Done-With-You.

Based on what you told me, you have the capital to acquire a property in the next 6 to 12 months, you can put meaningful time in, and you want me hands-on rather than the Field Guide on its own. Done-With-You is the right door. $1,000 to start, after the discovery call confirms mutual fit. Nothing more until the property is producing cash flow. We share in what we build together from there.

If your answers route to D2

Your door: the CCLP PM Partner Program.

Based on what you told me, you want to operate coliving professionally and you don't have property-acquisition capital ready right now. The PM Partner Program is the right door. Six months of preparation at full operator depth. Then you step into the network as property owners come to CCLP looking for trained operators in your geography. You manage. You earn. We share in what you produce.

If your answers route to D1

Your door: the Coliving Field Guide.

If routed because of curious / exploration stage: Based on what you told me, the Coliving Field Guide is the right starting point. The operating method written out at depth, the templates I use on the actual operations, monthly group Q&As with me live. What you pay applies in full as credit if you step into one of the operator partnerships within twelve months.

or

If routed because of low-capital + low-time: Based on what you told me, the Coliving Field Guide is the honest starting point. You want to operate, but the capital and time aren't yet at the level the partnerships require. The Field Guide is the way to learn the method while you build the runway, and what you pay applies in full as credit toward an operator path when you're ready.

Edge case · serious operator with low recent activity

Your situation fits two doors.

Based on what you told me, you have the capital and the intent to operate, but you're earlier in the journey. Both Done-With-You and the Coliving Field Guide are reasonable next steps. Done-With-You gets me hands-on with you on a specific deal. The Coliving Field Guide is the lower-commitment way to see the operating method first and step into Done-With-You later if it fits. What you pay for the Field Guide credits in full toward Done-With-You within twelve months, so the choice is timing, not money.

05Whether it's worth your five minutes

Who the assessment is built for.

You read the master page or a cascade page and aren't sure which door fits.

That's exactly what this is for. Five minutes, four questions, an honest recommendation.

You know which door fits already.

Skip the assessment and go straight to that door's page. The assessment is for visitors deciding, not for visitors who've decided.

You're somewhere between curious and committed.

The assessment is built to handle the in-between honestly. If the right answer is the Field Guide as a lower-commitment starting point, that's what comes back. If the right answer is one of the partnership doors, that's what comes back. The assessment doesn't push every visitor toward the highest-priced door.

06After you finish

The deliverables, three of them, immediately.

01

Immediately on the result page

Your recommended door, the reasoning, and a primary CTA to that door's full page.

02

In your inbox within five minutes

A two-page personalized summary, Your Coliving Path. Walks the recommendation in more detail and outlines the next steps. Save it. Refer back to it. The recommendation stays valid as long as your situation doesn't change substantially.

03

No automated sales calls. No high-pressure follow-up.

The assessment is a recommendation, not a sales engagement. If your situation has nuance that the four questions can't capture, hit reply on the email. I read every one.

07The honest answers

Questions you may have.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. Free to take. Free to receive the recommendation. Free to receive the two-page summary.

Will I get sales calls if I take it?

No automated sales calls. After the assessment, you'll get the recommendation summary and one or two follow-up emails ("did the recommendation land?" / "what's keeping you on the fence?") spread across the next two weeks. Unsubscribe any time.

What if I'm not happy with the recommendation?

Retake the assessment with different answers. The link is in the email. Or hit reply and tell me what didn't fit, whether it's a 4-bedroom you're underwriting rent-by-the-room, a market that doesn't show up in our PM network yet, or anything in between. Real situations have nuance the four questions can't always capture.

What if I'm not ready to commit to any door right now?

That's a valid result. The recommendation summary stays valid. Save it and come back when your situation changes. The Free Finding Tenants Workshop is open to you regardless.

Does the assessment work if I'm just exploring coliving for the first time?

Yes. Q4 captures whether you're already operating, have rental experience, or are coliving-curious, and the recommendation calibrates accordingly. The Field Guide is the most common recommendation for first-time exploration.

Can I take it for someone else (a partner, an investor, a client)?

Take it as yourself. The recommendation is tied to your situation. If you're trying to assess fit for someone else, hit reply on the email and I'll talk through their situation directly.

08Five minutes, four questions

Find your door in five minutes.

Four questions. Five minutes. A personalized recommendation, and a two-page summary in your inbox. No commitment beyond the time it takes to answer. Honest reading of which door fits, including, when it's the honest answer, "the Field Guide first, the partnerships when you're ready."
